WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to homes, businesses, hotels, rentals (you name it!) everywhere in San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose to San Francisco/Oakland & cities in between. We have delivered as far north to American Canyon, as far east as Tracy, and as far south to Gilroy. Anything is possible -- just ask! All orders are hand-delivered and contactless (pick-up location TBD).
Our delivery fee is a $25 flat rate. Orders of $125 or more are FREE for San Jose deliveries only. Additional service and delivery fees may apply. We are always upfront about pricing before payment.

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! We are licensed, insured, & permitted under Santa Clara County (SCC). We are also COVID-19 Prepared with SCC Public Health.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently, we accept mobile payments including Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Square. Tips are always welcomed, but no cash payments will be accepted at this time.
DO YOU OFFER V/GF/DF OPTIONS?
Yes, whether its vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, be sure to let us know any dietary needs and we'll do our best to meet your needs!
CAN I STORE MY BOARD AND SERVE IT LATER?
Yes, Grazefull boards can be stored and remain fresh in the refrigerator for up to three days. Please keep Grazefull in a refrigerator or cool place, away from direct sunlight--especially during summertime--and consume within four hours.
DO YOU SERVE OUTSIDE THE BAY AREA?
We are based in the Bay Area and service Las Vegas & Henderson on occasion. Follow us on IG @Grazefull.BayArea for the latest updates!
CAN I ORDER THE DAY OF AN EVENT?
As of May 10, 2021, we are only fulfilling pre-orders on selected days. No other orders will be accepted at this time. Thank you for your understanding during this exciting time of change and be sure to follow us on IG for the latest updates.
ARE ALL YOUR PLATTERS THE SAME?
All Grazefull boxes include premium artisan CA cheeses, cold cuts, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, veggies, crackers/bread, spreads, and garnishes. Each box may vary in ingredients to best cater to your order as well as the current stock and/or seasonal produce at the time, and any items are substituted with equal quality and value.
DO YOU PROVIDE CUTLERY?
Eco-friendly knives and honey sticks are included at no additional cost but vary due to box contents. Eco-friendly plates and napkins are an additional cost ($5 per set of 10).
