TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that submitting an order form does NOT guarantee order. When you click SUBMIT, the form is automatically forwarded to us -- there is no confirmation screen pop up. You can always text us at 669-248-2270 to make sure we received it. Once your form is submitted, we typically respond within a couple hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for a response and confirmation of our availability for your desired delivery. In the rare event you do not receive a response after 24 hours, please kindly send us a follow-up text!
Unfortunately, same-day orders are not available at this time. To best serve you, we strongly encourage notice of at minimum three days. All sales are final. Additional service and delivery fees may apply. Pricing and information are subject to change at any time without notice across any and all digital platforms. However, we are always upfront about pricing before payment. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued as credit for future use. Acceptable forms of payment are Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Square (service fees apply) or cash. Tips are not expected but always appreciated.
